Designing starts from an analysis of the problem at hand. We apply our experience to consideration of every aspect of the task. We use the data we gather to prepare a working strategy and a design idea. This stage involves a dialogue between the investor and the designer. We work on the concept until both parties consider it to be optimal.
In the next stage, a design is drawn up in collaboration with specialists in a variety of fields: construction engineers, techno- logists, and marketing and sales experts. We transfer strategic thinking onto specific actions. In production, we select and test technologies and materials, and we verify our designs by making 1:1 scale models and prototypes. We prepare detailed documen- tation and co-create designs for the systems (electricity, water, ventilation). We help to obtain the necessary permits (from the sanitary and epidemiological station, building inspection, fire service).
The quality of workmanship is just as important as the design; this is why we supervise the contractor and suppliers until all the works are completed. These working methods mean that our designs successfully meet all our clients’ requirements.
